This service is designed to help individuals regain functionality and independence in the comfort of their own homes. Our qualified therapist will visit the patient, conduct a thorough assessment, and provide tailored treatment aimed at restoring maximum mobility and improving daily living capabilities. This can be done as a one off assessment or develop into a regular routine weekly with the aim of improving the patients livelyhood.
